Male breast reduction or Genecomastia involves the removal of fat, skin and glandular tissue to reduce the breast size of a male. This procedure can also be used to shape or prevent drooping of the male breast. Genecomastia is not often talked about but affects forty to sixty percent of men. This procedure results in a flatter firmer chest.
